Stephanie Jeudi earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with certifications in Human Resources and Management Development from the University of West Florida. She has over 5 years of administrative/ management experience.

Kimberly Rosier Jean-Louis, MBA

Center Director

Kimberly Rosier Jean-Louis has more than 20 years of experience in business diversity, procurement/construction, education and community relations. She amassed her expertise at the Florida Governor’s Executive Office, at Pepsi Co.’s Atlanta headquarters, for Orange County Public Schools in the Orlando area, for the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority (Orlando Airport) and as a consultant for the Florida Department of Transportation. In each position, she worked one-on-one with diverse businesses, providing business development that empowered the entrepreneurs to reach their goals. She has impacted thousands of firms around Florida. Jean-Louis has been recognized as a Minority Business Advocate and has conducted hundreds of presentations on business development and how to do business with various entities in Florida.
Most recently, as a consultant with CEI, Jean-Louis served as Program Director for the Central Florida Expressway Authority. In this role, she was responsible for designing and executing recruiting and training programs for small and diverse businesses. Previously, she managed FDOT’s Construction Management Development Program and provided Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Supportive Services in Districts 1, 2, 3, 5, 7, Turnpike Enterprise and Central Office.

Kobina Amoo

Senior Business Consultant

Kobina Amoo has always had an entrepreneurial spirit. That spirit led him to successfully take two companies from conception to market. Through the selling of those businesses, Amoo’s career has afforded him the opportunity to work with many Minority Business Enterprises (MBEs) from various cultures and backgrounds across the United States.

 

Today, Amoo’s mission in life is to serve minority-owned businesses. He has a track record of success as a business founder and project manager, as well as in helping other minority-owned businesses. He attributes much of that success to strong interpersonal and organizational skills, the ability to establish lasting rapport with his clients, his meticulous attention to detail, and an impeccable work ethic.

 

Amoo earned an MBA from Stetson University and a Bachelor of Science in hotel and restaurant administration from Oklahoma State University (OSU). After graduating from OSU, he worked for leaders in the hospitality industry, such as Brinker International restaurants and Chick-fil-A.

 

A native of Houston, Texas, Amoo grew up very athletic. After excelling as a two-sport athlete in high school, he went on to play collegiate football at OSU for one of the nation’s most prestigious coaches, Les Miles.

Amoo resides in Orlando, Florida, where he enjoys being with his beautiful wife, reading a great book, spending time in worship and working out.

Stephanie Jeudi

Stephanie Jeudi earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with certifications in Human Resources and Management Development from the University of West Florida. She has over 5 years of administrative/ management experience. She possess excellent communication skills, operations knowledge and corporate training She has strong interpersonal, verbal, and written skills. She also finds enjoyment in learning new things and is always determined to overcome challenges.
