Retu Jalhan is an accomplished business professional with a specialization in the finance industry. Her finance and marketing skills are derived from more than 15 years of experience in the banking, investments and insurance sectors.
Ravel Bonilla is a Certified Business Consultant with seven years of experience working with small businesses, mostly at the Puerto Rico Small Business Technology Development Center.
Ryan Davis is a Business Consultant with more than 20 years of experience in sales, marketing and consulting for both small businesses and Fortune 500 companies.
Sydney Rock recently graduated from Rollins College with a degree in Social Entrepreneurship.
Retu Jalhan is an accomplished business professional with a specialization in the finance industry. Her finance and marketing skills are derived from more than 15 years of experience in the banking, investments and insurance sectors. After graduating from York University, Jalhan began her career in insurance on the property and casualty side of the business. She progressed from the Manager of Direct Marketing to Group Account Manager for the Cooperators Insurance Company, managing a portfolio of group insurance clients valued at over $160 million in premiums. More recently, Jalhan was the Director of Business Development at Orlando-based The RMP Group, a family office firm where she was responsible for the detailed financial analysis and valuation of acquisition opportunities. She also served as Supplier Diversity Manager for Acility, an RMP Group Company, and assisted in the preparation of legal and marketing documents and managed due diligence timelines for acquisitions.
The focus of Jalhan’s work has been on the growth of Minority (MBE), Women (WBE) and Disabled Veteran supply chain companies. She also led a special initiative focused on niche social enterprises impacting the Caribbean.
She has an MBA with a concentration in finance from Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College.
Leveraging her unique experience, Jalhan aims to lead the way for further development of MBEs in the state of Florida.
Business Consultant
Ravel Bonilla is a Certified Business Consultant with seven years of experience working with small businesses, mostly at the Puerto Rico Small Business Technology Development Center. She has helped companies develop loan packages, access financial and technical resources, obtain government grants, bid for government contracting opportunities, and conduct industry and marketing research. In addition, she helps businesses create value through organizational design and talent development consulting. Bonilla has also conducted a variety of business seminars, led consumer market research, and provided specialized training in retail and consumer laws and regulation.
A former business administration professor at Interamerican University of Puerto Rico, Bonilla is completing her PhD in business administration at the Pontifical University of Puerto Rico. She earned an MBA with a specialization in human resources and a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in management.
Business Consultant
Ryan Davis is a Business Consultant with more than 20 years of experience in sales, marketing and consulting for both small businesses and Fortune 500 companies. He is passionate about helping clients achieve success through business planning, successful contract negotiations, brand development and excellent customer relations, as well as helping clients create marketing strategies.
After attending university, Davis worked for a small business that specialized in importing and distributing goods from Europe to the United States. During that time, he served in many roles, including Product Marketing Specialist, Customer Relations Representative and Sales Representative. Davis then moved on to become a Business Consultant for a national beverage distributor, where he became familiar with the purchasing strategies and policies of a variety of global companies.
Davis earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Florida Metropolitan University.
Sydney Rock is the Office Manager of the Minority Business Development Agency Orlando Business Center. She recently graduated from Rollins College with a degree in Social Entrepreneurship. Sydney was previously the manager of the non-commercial radio station WPRK 91.5fm in Winter Park, Florida. Over the last four years, Sydney has used her role at the radio station to work with local organizations to provide a platform to underrepresented voices in the Central Florida community.
Nirali is an Orlando native who graduated with her Masters and Bachelors from the University of Central Florida and is a CPA Tax Accountant at her family’s firm Chokshi Accounting & Tax Services. They provide services to both businesses and individuals, that includes tax returns, bookkeeping, and payroll.
Pia Ceccarelli is a business and art professional with broad-based knowledge and expertise in a variety of art forms, including branding, logo design, all print media concepts, outdoor marketing and art, murals, large-format posters, website design, television commercial production, and custom work for publishers.
Roscoe Green is a Partner at Cotney Construction Law, practicing in areas including construction litigation, contract disputes, construction defects, bid protests, payment disputes, delay claims, and lien and bond claims.
Vincent Giannoni is President of GGM & Associates. The consulting practice focuses on loan packaging, including SBA 504, 7(a), Low-Doc, Express and disaster assistance loans; conventional commercial credit facilities such as real estate financing, letters of credit for Leases, working capital and equipment financing; factoring facilities; and venture capital financing.
Business Consultant
The President of Chokshi Accounting & Tax Services, Nirali Chokshi and her team work with businesses and individuals. They provide tax services including planning, preparation and addressing problems, as well as small business accounting and bookkeeping, payroll solutions, financial statement preparation and new business formation. The Chokshi team also works with nonprofits to ensure they are able to maintain nonprofit status.
An Orlando native, Chokshi earned her master’s and bachelor’s degrees from the University of Central Florida.

Pia Ceccarelli is a business and art professional with broad-based knowledge and expertise in a variety of art forms, including branding, logo design, all print media concepts, outdoor marketing and art, murals, large-format posters, website design, television commercial production, and custom work for publishers. She provides creative and strategic direction for branding, marketing and advertising initiatives and can produce effective ideas under tight timelines
A specialist in Hispanic marketing and Spanish-language translation services, Ceccarelli works closely with advertising agencies, public relations firms to provide exceptional graphic design services and assistance with advertising campaigns. She is also an experienced event planner.
Ceccarelli has been the CEO of Business Design Unlimited since 2011 and created the Planet Kids Orlando newspaper. She earned a bachelor’s degree in graphic design and advertising from the Montessori Art Institute.

Prior to attending law school, Green worked with a construction management firm specializing in commercial and institutional construction. He served in a variety of roles, including project engineer, estimator, superintendent and project manager for multimillion-dollar projects.
Green earned his J.D. at Florida Coastal School of Law and his Bachelor of Science in construction engineering at Florida A&M University.
Business Consultant
Vincent Giannoni is President of GGM & Associates. The consulting practice focuses on loan packaging, including SBA 504, 7(a), Low-Doc, Express and disaster assistance loans; conventional commercial credit facilities such as real estate financing, letters of credit for Leases, working capital and equipment financing; factoring facilities; and venture capital financing.
He prepares investment visa and standard business plans, exporting plans, business valuations and industry competitive analysis. He also performs fundamental market and business research, designs surveys, gathers and analyzes data, and performs macroeconomic analysis to determine project feasibility.
Giannoni provides a variety of other services for businesses, including corporate planning, cost analysis, budgets, strategic planning, marketing strategy and training, staffing, and organizational controls. He prepares minority business certification packages and non-legal aspects of business franchising offering documentation. He also is experienced with disaster preparation and mitigation, and prepares emergency management readiness, response and recovery plans, as well as debris management plans. In addition, he performs preliminary damage assessments to determine storm damage and federal financial disaster assistance audits, and writes federal disaster assistance grants.
Specialty Consultants are subject matter experts and are contracted as external consultants to serve clients of the MBDA on a needs basis.
